THE TURNING-POINT

2002
saw the birth of the present-day Bialetti Industrie and its growth continued in 2003 with the absorption of OMG and the establishment of the parent company, Bialetti Holding.

The will to be even more competitive on the market of small electrical appliances led to the acquisition of Girmi and its long-standing brand in 2005. In the same year, with the aim of laying the foundations for a manufacturing and commercial site for Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the Bialetti Group bought CEM, a well known brand in Turkey with a long tradition, and incorporated Cem Bialetti, for the production and sale of non-stick aluminium cookware. In 2006 it bought Aeternum, the historical Italian brand and leader in steel production.
From July 27, 2007
Bialetti Industrie is a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
